the room was big, i must say. the breakfast had many choices.
the pillows werent comfortable, i could not sleep well. there was no hot water in the shower and i told maintenance. they couldnt fix it and i had to shower in cold water. it was too late to do anything else.

i found the beds and pillows very comfortable. the shower had excellent pressure and the taps worked well. i easily walked through the banyan tree hotel to the pavillion mall as the bridge was convenient and safe. the big tv had decent channels in english and i had no issues during check in or check out.
i noticed the air mineral water provided was quite limited

my room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the tv had a good selection of english channels. the bed was quite large with comfortable pillows and bedding. housekeeping responded quickly to requests and maintained cleanliness.

The room was very clean with new, fresh linen. That was a plus! its proximity to pavillion made shopping so easy. It's just across the road! the staff were friendly and helpful.
The checkout process took a considerable amount of time. There seemed to be a long queue, though i am accor member, and this was inconvenient.

i loved that it was near the mall. the pedestrian bridge access really added to the convenience and i also really appreciated the great breakfast buffet selection!
I found the room noise isolation horrible. Loud music played past midnight from an adjacent room.

I stayed in a club king room lounge access. It was great! the bed was very comfortable and the room spacious. we had a wonderful view from our large room. breakfast in the dining room and afternoon drinks with canapés in the evening were nice.
the hotel didn't accept usd or euros! it was unexpected though i managed to sort it out.
